Aberaeron is a thriving town offering something for everyone. It was one of Wales' very first 'planned' towns, and is situated at the mouth of the River Aeron. The most noticeable feature of Aberaeron is its architecture - one house in every four is listed as being of special architectural or historical interest. The town just invites you to walk around it's lanes and streets.

Cardigan, the ancient Welsh cultural and commercial centre on the Teifi estuary, is now a thriving market town famous for its many festivals.

Cenarth, a charming and historic village nestled upon the River Teifi within the breathtaking scenery of West Wales. For years people have visited Cenarth to see the spectacular falls that lie at the heart of the village where the salmon can be seen leaping.

Aberystwyth gets its name from being situated on the mouth of the river Ystwyth (Aber = mouth)(Ystwyth = river Ystwyth). It's home to the University of Wales Aberystwyth, old castle remains, University College, Royal Pier, arts center and marina overlooking Cardigan Bay.

Beaches

Of the many sandy beaches, some great to visit are - Mwnt, Poppit, Tresaith, Llangrannog, Penbryn, Cai Bach all within easy distance.

Aberglasney & Botanic Gardens of Wales, spectacularly set in the beautiful Tywi valley of Carmarthenshire, Aberglasney Gardens have been an inspiration to poets since 1477. The story of Aberglasney spans many centuries, but, the house's origins are still shrouded in obscurity

Cardigan Castle, dating back to the 12th century and site of the first Eisteddfod, is currently undergoing a complete restoration.
